Natural Remedies and Health Protocols


I have worked for several years in the medical nursing field in psychiatric hospitals, doctors and veterinary clinics in Switzerland I have managed. I am a certified medical professional in the field of nursing and completed nutritional training in Germany. In my experience, I have not found a doctor or even holistic medical practitioner that I have worked with who was able to seriously cure chronic diseases. I did my own research my entire life and have assisted many people and pets in curing chronic terminal diseases, while doctors could not help them. Please do your own research, there are many herbal remedies available they work very well they don't want you to know about! Consistency is key.

The following particular remedies are proven to be very effective. There is a lot more you can do, but the important thing is to take these remedies daily in order to reduce the damaging effects of environmental toxins.

Chelation Works!

On an empty stomach in the morning drink a glass of spring water mixed with 1 teaspoon of Internal Claywith one tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar. During the night toxins are going to the colon 'wall' and the clay creates a magnet effect helping to flush them out. The vinegar balances the ph and also detoxes.

30 minutes later drink a glass of spring water mixed with Chlorellapowder (from Korea indoor grown or Taiwan outdoor grown) with a tea spoon of Milk thistle powder or 2 capsules. You can also use chlorella tablets but powder works best. Chlorella is especially effective in order to draw heavy metals out of the cellular level and is very important.

During the day: Mix one tea spoon of Activated Charcoalfor internal use with a glass of water. This can be used whenever heavy spraying occurs, exposure to toxins or being poisoned. It can save lives from any form of poisoning. You can of course also use capsules.

Calcium EDTAis also very effective in chelation. It can be taken in intervals.

Clayand Chlorelladraw heavy metals and toxins out at the cellular level. Clay also helps combat radioactivity; you can use clay baths regularly.

Food Recommendations

Have a healthy diet, vegetarian and organic if possible. Drink spring water and cook with spring water also or filtered water.Drink daily seven large glasses of spring or filtered water.

Take daily a multi-mineral supplement. Liquid plant derived minerals are especially beneficial. Because of the environmental pollution we are depleted of minerals and these minerals also help to combat toxins. Use a Vitamin C supplement and Selenium for additional antioxidant protection. Use Olive oil or Coconut Oil for cooking.

Eat fresh Miso soup or yogurt regularly, or take Probiotic and Prebiotic supplements.

Use Turmeric, Kelp and Spirulina daily. Kelp is an important source of Iodine that is important to take because of Fukushima radioactivity we are all exposed to.

Drink daily Green Tea, and detox teasfor instance with a mixture of Nettle, Goldenrod and Horsetail. Take daily Kelp or Iodine. The detox herbs also support detox organs such as Kidneys and liver. These organs often get depleted by the toxins, medication and infections. Having healthy detox organs is essential.

Before you go to sleep: Take 2 capsules of Haritaki for detoxification.

Antioxidant Support

Use daily Antioxidant support like Moringa supplement and Pomegranate fruit. Drink Anti Cancer teas such as Pau d’arco.

Eat cancer fighting foods like Red Beets, Pomegranate fruit, Turmeric, Cherries,and Blueberries.

or Shiitakemushrooms can also boost your immune system, can combat diabetes and balance your blood pressure. Chagamushroom is a powerful antioxidant and helps fight cancer, radioactivity and boosts energy; a true miracle healer. Graviolain combination with Moringais used as a very effective cancer treatment, as well as Pau d'arco tea,Cat's clawand Essiac tea.

Body Care

Don't use regular deodorant that contains aluminum, there are many great working natural deodorants available in the health food stores.

Use a natural tooth paste and oral rinse that don't contain Fluoride.

Use a washcloth in the shower daily with a good, moisturizing natural soap. Castile soap and Black soap are excellent. This effectively will remove dirt and toxins on the skin that could be potentially absorbed otherwise.

Use a natural skin moisturizer and natural sunscreen.

Mood Enhancers

These remedies below are mood enhancers, strengthen the nerve system, can help with depression and to relax more, assist in the protection or production of serotonin and dopamine (the 'happy' hormones) and will make you more resilient to stress.

  • St. John's Wort
  • Sage herb
  • L-Phenylalanine
  • B-Vitamins

Anti-Anxiety Remedies

These remedies are calming and strengthening for the nerve system, helping to stabilize the body’s response to stress and balance hormones. They help to improve focus, reduce fatigue, and promote relaxation.

  • Magnesium (citrate, chelate or chloride)
  • Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, and Holy Basil
  • Magnolia Bark
  • Phenibut (should not be taken daily)
