Natural Remedies and Health Protocols


I am a certified medical professional in Nursing and completed nutritional training in Germany. I have worked for several years as a nurse in psychiatric hospitals, as well as managed medical and veterinary clinics in Switzerland. In my experience, I have not worked with a single doctor or even holistic medical practitioner who was able to fully cure chronic diseases. All of my life, I have done my own research and have assisted many people and pets in curing chronic terminal diseases where doctors could not help. Please do your own research; there are many herbal remedies available they work very well they don't want you to know about! Consistency is key.

The following particular remedies are proven to be very effective. There is a lot more you can do, but the important thing is to take these remedies daily in order to reduce the damaging effects of environmental toxins.

Chelation Works!

In the morning on an empty stomach, drink a glass of spring water mixed with 1 teaspoon of Internal Claywith 1 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar. During the night toxins accumulate on the colon wall, and the clay creates a magnetic effect which helps to flush them out. The vinegar balances the pH and also aids in detoxification.

30 minutes later drink a glass of spring water mixed with Chlorellapowder from Korea (grown indoors), or Taiwan (grown outdoors) with 1 teaspoon of Milk Thistle powder or 2 capsules. You can also use chlorella tablets but powder works best. Chlorella is especially effective in drawing heavy metals out at the cellular level, but it's best to take with clay in order to bind to and remove these toxins from your system.

During the day: Mix 1 teaspoon of Activated Charcoalfor internal use with a glass of water. This can be used to combat heavy spraying, toxin exposure or any form of poisoning. You can also take Activated Charcoal in capsules.

Calcium EDTAis also very effective in chelation. It can be taken in intervals.

Clayand Chlorelladraw heavy metals and toxins out at the cellular level. Clay also helps combat radioactivity; you can use clay baths regularly.

Food Recommendations

Adopt a healthy diet, vegetarian and/or organic if possible. Drink seven large glasses of spring or filtered water daily, and cook with spring or filtered water as well.

Take a daily multi-mineral supplement. Liquid plant-derived minerals are especially beneficial. Environmental pollution has depleted our bodies of minerals that the soil used to contain; these minerals also help to combat heavy metals and other toxins. For additional antioxidant protection, take Vitamin C and Selenium. For cooking, olive oil or coconut oil are best.

Eat fresh Miso soup or yogurt regularly, or take Probiotic and Prebiotic supplements.

Use Turmeric, Kelp and Spirulina daily. Kelp is an important source of Iodine that is important to take because of Fukushima radioactivity we are all exposed to.

Drink Green Tea daily, and try detox teassuch as a mixture of Nettle, Goldenrod and Horsetail. These herbs support detox organs like the kidneys and liver. These organs often get depleted by the toxins, medication and infections and must be strengthened. Having healthy detox organs is essential.

Before you go to sleep: Take 2 capsules of Haritaki for detoxification.

Antioxidant Support

Use daily Antioxidant support like Moringa supplement and Pomegranate fruit. Drink Anti Cancer teas such as Pau d’arco.

Eat cancer fighting foods like Red Beets, Pomegranate fruit, Turmeric, Cherries,and Blueberries.

or Shiitakemushrooms can also boost your immune system, can combat diabetes and balance your blood pressure. Chagamushroom is a powerful antioxidant and helps fight cancer, radioactivity and boosts energy; a true miracle healer. Graviolain combination with Moringais used as a very effective cancer treatment, as well as Pau d'arco tea,Cat's clawand Essiac tea.

Body Care

Natural body care is essential to your overall health. Replace any deodorants containing aluminum with natural alternatives which are widely available in health food stores and online.

Use a natural tooth paste and mouthwash that are Fluoride-free.

In the shower, you can use a washcloth daily with a good, moisturizing natural soap. Castile and Black soap are excellent. They are gentle yet efficient for cleansing dirt and toxins from the skin that could get reabsorbed otherwise.

Use a natural skin moisturizer and natural sunscreen.

Mood Enhancers

These remedies below are mood enhancers, strengthen the nerve system, can help with depression and to relax more, assist in the protection or production of serotonin and dopamine (the 'happy' hormones) and will make you more resilient to stress.

  • St. John's Wort
  • Sage herb
  • L-Phenylalanine
  • B-Vitamins

Anti-Anxiety Remedies

These remedies are calming and strengthening for the nerve system, helping to stabilize the body’s response to stress and balance hormones. They help to improve focus, reduce fatigue, and promote relaxation.

  • Magnesium (citrate, chelate or chloride)
  • Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, and Holy Basil
  • Magnolia Bark
  • Phenibut (should not be taken daily)
